Terms of Reference
The Terms of Reference are contained in the Letters Patent for the Inquiry into the Centenary House Lease.
On 29 September 2004 the Governor-General issued a variation to the Letters Patent requiring the Commissioner to furnish his report not later than than 26 November 2004.
On 26 November 2004 the Governor-General issued an additional variation to the Letters Patent requiring the Commissioner to furnish his report no later than 6 December 2004.
