Hearings

A preliminary hearing was conducted in Sydney on Tuesday 13 July 2004.

Public hearings into the terms of reference for the Inquiry into the Centenary House Lease commenced on Monday 9 August 2004, and continued until Thursday 12 August 2004.

Public hearings resumed on Monday 23 August 2004 and continued until 15 September 2004.  Further hearings were held on 23 and 24 September and 7, 8, 28 and 29 October 2004.
 
Hearing of evidence before the Inquiry was concluded on 29 October 2004.
 
Hearings were held in Hearing Room 1 on Level 5, 55 Market Street, Sydney and ran from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm each day.
